RegYouLabs is a platform built for life sciences that does three things: assesses scientific candidates before you hire them, trains your team on realistic simulations before they work on live submissions, and checks your documents for contradictions before they reach QA or FDA.

RegYouLabs runs in two rounds. Round 1 (Remote) is a pre-screening where HR/managers pick a technique, set a time limit, and send a unique link to all shortlisted candidates. Every candidate gets a different randomized problem set with built-in integrity monitoring. Results land on a ranked dashboard with scores, reasoning breakdowns, and fairness flags. The manager picks top candidates for Round 2 (Live), where the problems are tailored to the company’s own methods and specifications. No accounts, no downloads, no prep materials. Two rounds. One platform. The right hire.

All assessment and training data is synthetically generated and scientifically realistic but completely fictional. This means zero compliance risk, no proprietary data exposure, and unlimited unique problems. We use programmatic generators that produce HPLC chromatograms, NMR spectra, mass spectra, gels, and more with configurable parameters so no two assessments are identical.

It reads your documents: SOPs, reports, protocols, and batch records. Then it extracts every data point, maps dependencies across documents, and catches contradictions. If your report says yield is 78% but the batch record says 76.3%, it tells you exactly where both numbers are and which is the source of truth. The Intelligence Layer is currently in development. Generic AI has no pharma context, no awareness of your SOPs, and no understanding of regulatory requirements. It cannot tell you that a tailing factor of 2.1 fails USP <621>, or that a CoA dated before the manufacturing date is a data integrity red flag. RegYouLabs is purpose-built with pharmaceutical regulatory logic that general AI tools will never prioritize building.

Data security is foundational to how we're built. Each customer's data is logically isolated with strict access controls, and we're architecting toward fully dedicated per-customer environments. We do not train AI models on your data, and our AI providers operate under zero-data-retention terms. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. SOC 2 Type 1 is on our near-term roadmap as we onboard enterprise customers.
